There is nothing new about Khadi that hasn’t said before. It has much deeper roots since the time of India’s freedom. That time we focused on being self-employed but now it’s the time for our economic growth. Khadi has just lost the power in all these years. Now when everyone is trying to get back to the basics to preserve our planet and move towards sustainability, Khadi have to be put in the limelight.

Our Government is taking up a lot of initiatives in order to support the ecosystem and encourage Khadi. This is the third event of the year to promote Khadi.

Sunil Sethi, President FDCI said, “We would like to thank KVIC and Khadi India for believing in us. We will strive to promote Khadi through multi-faceted and meaningful drives which will bring to the fore its true potential and catapult it into the global arena.”
